A stay of 3 weeks or more will attract a discount on the villa rental rates.
A stay of fewer than 7 nights will incur a one off cleaning charge of £90 / $145
The Pool and Spa can be heated at an additional charge of £22 / $35 per night or at our weekly rate of £150 / $240 per week
This is recommended for stays between Oct and May.

We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings during our High / Peak seasons.
All other times are subject to a minimum 3 night stay.
